British electronic music heavyweights “Depeche Mode” gave a visually and emotionally stunning concert at the sold out “Arena Riga” on Sunday, the 2nd of March. Against the backdrop of video projections created by the famed photographer and film director Anton Corbijn, the band took the crowd of 12,300 on a musical journey through its career highlights spanning over thirty years.

The concert opened with “Welcome to My World” and “Angel” from the band’s latest album, “Delta Machine”. As the show went on, the new compositions were followed by songs that have remained top favourites with “Depeche Mode” fans for decades. The concert closed with “Never Let Me Down Again”, rising to a crescendo as the public sang along.
