On 5 October at The Latvian National Opera (LNO), a world premiere of „Karlsons lido...” ballet was held. The music was written by a composer Juris Karlsons. This show is a gift that LNO chose to give to spectators. Choreography is made by Aivars Leimanis, the creative director of LNO. He already has made lots of great stagings for families. The bright stage design made by Mārtiņš Vilkāršs brings to Stockholm in 1970s, but the costumes created by Ilze Vītoliņa offer a splendid fashion show. Andris Pudāns and Aleksandrs Osadčijs will play Karlsson. The brother will be played by Nataļja Lipska and Evelīna Godunova, the mother will be played by Elza Leimane-Martinova and Viktorija Jansone, but the father will be played by Raimonds Martinovs and Arturs Sokolovs. Laine Paiķe and Annija Kopštāle play Beth, Kristaps Lintiņš and Hermans Ševčenko play Bosse, Ints Roziņš and Arnis Līcītis will play Mis Bock, Fille- played by Antons Freimanis and Aleksandrs Jurāns, but Rulle- by Māris Spriņģis and Aleksandrs Kaļivods.
