The exhibition will also present archaeological amber, emphasising the ancient trade routes to transport amber from the Baltics to other regions where they became historic cultural artefacts.

The exhibition is being organised in co-operation with the Čiurlionis National Museum of Art in Kaunas (Lithuania), Estonian History Museum, several museums in Italy, National Museum in Warsaw, British Museum, National History Museum of Latvia and University of Latvia, and in collaboration with leading researchers from the Ancient Egypt Department of the Louvre.
